Overview
Vedic Bhakti services are primarily time-bound spiritual services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Cancellations
- Cancellations may be requested before the puja is assigned or scheduled.
- Once a puja is assigned or in progress, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days with no cost deduction.
- Offerings and special requests may be non-refundable once arranged.
Non-Returnable Items
Services already delivered or in progress, customized offerings, and digital deliverables are not eligible for return.
